The chip is smaller in size as compared to A7 chip which was present in iPhone 5S. If we talk about the hardware iPhone 6 Plus is nowhere close to OnePlus One but processing of the system also depends on the operating system of the system and as per comments iPhone 6 Plus gives nice performance. You will get two memory options which are 16 GB and 64 GB with your OnePlus One smartphone. There is no memory card slot in OnePlus One as well.
